About Us

Seriously about our best friends.

We're all about our dogs. We personally built their own 400ft.² house to dog pile, socialize and relax in when they're not playing in the yard, sunbathing or hanging out with us. All of our dogs live a very comfortable, happy, free-range lifestyle.

We carefully selected our future dams/sires and raised them from younglings. They are the family friendly, social, < 20lb. type that do just as well in an apartment as running around the ranch.

All of our litters are hypoallergenic with coats that can be grown to the floor or cut short, creating aesthetic variety. As close to non-shedding as they come, sweeping your floor, sofa and pants is a non-issue.

Our parent dogs love the beach, and enthusiastically run into the surf! If you enjoy dogs that love water play, as we do, you're in the right spot.

Breeds

We breed purebred Shih Tzu. We love the results of our Cocker Spaniel / Shih Tzu litters and we're always waiting for our next perfect Doodle (HavaMaltipoo, Maltipoo, Shih-Poo, Poochon) & Shichon / Zuchon (Teddy Bear Dog) litters.

All listed pups available include a photo with the parents and what breed they are.

Pick Up / Delivery

Schedule an appointment to pick up your pup in Downtown San Diego, CA.

Accompanied delivery to your nearest airport (inside the Continental U.S.): +$500.

Supreme Quality

Gated whelping areas allow pups to safely become integrated with our other dogs before they become independent enough to fully interact with the others, run free and learn social etiquette.

Proper behavior can only be imparted by mom and our pups get all the time and experience they need to learn the do's and don'ts.

As breeders, we personally worm your puppy bi-weekly and administer vaccinations at 4,6 & 9 weeks of age. We vaccinate at weeks 12 and 16, if we still have the puppy at that age. Otherwise, you should plan to get your puppy 12 and 16 week boosters. Best practices, in terms of keeping your puppy safe from Parvo, Distemper and other puppy threats, are to keep your new puppy away from other dogs (unless you're certain they're up to date on their vaccinations) or places other dogs frequent.

Our puppies are available to go to their new homes a 10 weeks and include at 1 year Health Guarantee, which is valid for one year from date of purchase and allows for a full refund of your purchase price in the event of chronic (ie. Diabetes) or fatal (ie. Parvo) illness.
